Our Commitment to Hygiene

We take your health and safety seriously. To maintain the highest standards, we cannot accept returns of food supplements. Our products are meticulously sterilized and sealed in their packaging to ensure the utmost quality and hygiene. The product is brand new and untouched from our production line to your doorstep. Once the product packaging is opened and the product is used, we cannot accept it back due to our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards.

Exceptions

Despite our no-return policy, there may be specific circumstances in which we will consider issuing a return, such as:

a) Damaged Products

Please notify us immediately if your order arrives with any visible damage or breakage caused during transportation. Do not use the product! We will arrange for the damaged product to be collected at our expense, and a replacement will be sent to you promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

b) Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within ten days of receiving the product. Do not use the product! Claims must be made before ten days to be accepted. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement as and when/ if appropriate, with all expenses covered by us.

Refunds Policy

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. We believe in the high quality of our items and are dedicated to making things right if there are any issues with your order.

We also do not offer refunds for damaged or defective products. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you in both situations.
