Shipping Policy

While we strive to process all deliveries within the specified time frame, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to inform you of any changes to the expected delivery time. Please be aware that delivery delays do not entitle you to cancel or refuse the order.

Cyprus Deliveries

• Orders are handed over to our partnered courier, GAP AKIS EXPRESS, within 24 hours of placement.
• Delivery is then completed free of charge within 24 to 72 hours of handover.

International Deliveries

• Orders are handed over to our partnered courier, UPS, within 24 hours of placement.
• A Tracking Number is provided for you to monitor your order.
• The shipping cost for international orders is 30 euros.
• Please note that customers may be required to pay customs or import duties upon arrival in their country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the order’s total cost.

Liability and Compensation

• In the event of a delivery delay attributable to Uppervis Pharmaceuticals Limited, we will provide appropriate compensation or offer a refund as per our Refund Policy.
